I think... this is ADV realising they're going down the shitter, and trying to sue their way out of it. Hope it gedts laughed out of court, but Gainax do have form for a slightly casual attitude on legal matters.

If i'm reading that last bit right, ADV are trying to claim the own the rights to all Eva related meterials. :eek:

That's insane.

Honestly, i think a_c_e is right; this is a dying company despratley trying to recoup it's losses.

I can't see the court doing much.
At best ADV might get some of their money back, but ownership of the Eva franchise, i really doubt it.
